Asian Pain Academy Cancelation & Refund Policy Refund Policy for Hands-On Workshops* 100% Refund*: Available if requested 60 days or more before the first day of the workshop. 50% Refund*: Available if requested 15 to 59 days before the first day of the workshop. No Refund* (0%): Applicable if the refund request is made 14 days or less before the first day of the workshop. Note: Fees cannot be transferred or carried forward to any future courses. ​ Refund Policy for Online Courses* 100% Refund*: Available if requested 1 month before the first class. 50% Refund*: Available if requested 15 days before the first class. 25% Refund*: Available if requested 7 days before the first class. No Refund (0%)*: Applicable if the refund request is made 2 days before the first class or later. Note: Fees cannot be transferred or carried forward to any subsequent courses. * Please note that Bank and Payment Gateway Charges are not refundable which is 3.5 percent for all international transactions, 2 percent for all domestic transactions (except corporate cards 3%), and zero for cash deposits in Bank of Baroda branches
