Welcome to the Asian Pain Academy. By enrolling in our pain management courses, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a quality learning experience and maintain a respectful educational environment for all participants.

1. Course Enrollment and Eligibility​

All applications are subject to review and approval by the Asian Pain Academy.

2. Fees and Payments

Course fees must be paid in full before the start date, as specified in the course details. Fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in our refund policy.

For workshops and fellowships, a non-refundable deposit may be required upon acceptance to reserve a spot in the program.

If a participant fails to attend without prior written notice, course fees will not be refunded or credited.

4. Attendance and Participation

5. Certificate of Completion

Certificates are issued to participants who successfully complete all requirements of the course. The criteria for completion include attendance, assessments, and active engagement.

Certification does not imply competency in performing clinical procedures independently and is intended as a demonstration of course completion only.

All course materials, including videos, presentations, and written content, are the intellectual property of the Asian Pain Academy. Unauthorized distribution, recording, or duplication of any course content is strictly prohibited.

Participants are granted access to course materials solely for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Code of Conduct

Respectful behavior and professionalism are expected from all participants. Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate dismissal from the course without a refund.

The Academy reserves the right to remove any participant from a course if their behavior is deemed unprofessional or harmful to others.
